The Arverna  hotel is open from 07 am to 10 pm. 

In the case of a  late arrival, please contact the reception before 10 pm  to obtain the access code.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 2 pm

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 am If you arrive before 2 pm , we will store your luggage. If the room is ready, you may check in early.

If you need an early check in (wedding, ceremony, meeting), we ask you to make your request beforehand by telephone, everything will be implemented so that the room allocated is available.

Annulation

Annulation gratuite jusqu'à 00:00, 1 jour(s) avant votre arrivée

En cas d'annulation ou de modification après ce délai, l'établissement prélève 100 % de la réservation

Except for the following periods:

• Weekend from May to August: 3 days minimum
• Scrabble Festival at the Ascension, Tarot Festival and Bridge at Pentecost: 30 days
• French Rowing Championship  15 days
• Congress or sporting events: 15 days

Reservation from portal sites (Booking.com, Expedia, ...)

By default, the cancellation policy for online booking sites is more strict : 3 days before arrival date. 

Credit Card Guarantee

Bank details are required to secure your reservation. Apart from promotional offers or long stays, the card given as a guarantee is not charged at a distance. However, we reserve the right to ask for a pre-authorization in order to authenticate the validity of the card.

No shows & late Cancellations

In case of no show or late cancellation, we debit the card given as a guarantee of one night. Our online promotional offers are subject to special booking conditions. We ask our guests to read them at the time of booking or to contact us for further information.
